3D Combat Insignia

Introducing Hottex 3D – the latest in technologically advanced textile polymer approved by Formula 1 for gloves. After undergoing rigorous safety tests, Hottex 3D has been found to be flash and fireproof, antistatic, and capable of reducing toxic emissions. It has also passed the homologation test FIA (8856-200).

Hottex 3D has been structurally developed and patented as both Vibration Absorption (referred to as a “Volcano”) and Grip Technology (known as a “Neutralizer”). These innovations, made possible by microscopic precision engineering, have been used in the Olympics for both swimming and biathlon due to their durability.

Now, these technological advancements in combination with Hottex 3D are available to Special Forces as the most advanced safety coating for military textile accessories.

Confidential and independent tests conducted by the Military have shown the following features:

• Phthalate Free

• Fire Resistant

• Heat Resistant/Conductivity/Anti-Static

• Histamine Free/Non-Toxic

• Infra-Red Non-Detectable

• Solvent Free

3D Design of Insignia

Thanks to the capabilities of polymer, the 3D structures within the logo can be created to be microscopic, accurate, and consistent in Heraldic specifications. Our team of Heraldic design specialists is always available to help create the final Heraldically correct ranking system in a variety of dimensions with full specifications for the presentation of Beret Badges, Chest Badges, Sleeve Brassards, Armlets, Nametags, and standard Epaulette rankings.

Nametags

We have developed a Nametag manufacturing system drawn from the client’s standard spreadsheet, allowing for the economical sale of 3D Nametags in sets of 6-10 to the end user.
